The Utility Battle Rifle (UBR™), U.S. Patent 6651371, is designed to be a multi use battle rifle stock. Adjustable for length of pull. It is a replacement for standard AR15/M16 carbine sized stocks. Unique tube and lock system allows for feel of fixed stock with versatility of a collapsible. Comes with proprietary tube and all mounting hardware.

Improved cheek weld for better shooting position & greater comfort. Has two watertight battery storage compartments.  Padded buttplate reduces felt recoil and provides a non slip surface against web gear and body armor. Buttstock assy. includes buttstock, buffer tube, egg plate, and castle nut.

Developed exclusively by DETC, this stock is shorter than standard stocks for people who require a shorter stock (for example, those who wear body armor). Stock kit contains: stock, butt plate, buffer tube, buffer and spring, sling mount & screws.

Uses a carbine buffer and spring for the ultimate in reliability. The overall length is only 7” from the back edge of the receiver.  Includes: 1.25” ambi sling mount, billet machined gusset (to retain detent and keep extension from unscrewing), special short receiver extension tube, foam overtube (you cut to length), CAR buffer and spring.
