Remember: You Will need a lower receiver to complete the AR-15 and M-16 Rifle Kits. When You assemble the Lower Receiver with the parts included in the kits, this will be a fully functional rifle. Until then this is not an operational firearm. Currently we are selling lower receivers, please check with your local firearm dealer on how to obtain, and what is required for you to purchase your AR-15 lower receiver.
As of May of 1986 there can be no new machine guns made for the civilian population. M-16 parts are available only to those individuals with Form 4’s or FFL’s on file. We do not sell any conversion parts, only replacement parts for registered machine guns. Having M-16 parts in your AR-15 type rifle can be construed as a felony.
